Since Heart for Music began in 2019, we have been passionate about bringing music to seniors living our local care homes. This December, with the help of funding from First West Foundation, we supported three care homes bring live music to their seniors!
Local artist, Linda Szentes, put on a beautiful performance with a pianist for the seniors and staff at Swedish Canadian Home in Burnaby, BC!
The Braidwood Band brought upbeat, Christmas tunes to the staff and seniors at Inglewood Care Centre in Vancouver, BC!
We supported Kinsmen Lodge's annual Christmas Music Show, which was one of the best Christmas parties of 2023!
A big thank you to First West Foundation and Susan Byrom for supporting our mission in bringing music equipment and live music events to our local seniors!
