Help bring live music events to our care homes! If you are a musician or want to help set-up an event, this is for you!
Choose us as your charity of choice, and raise funds for seniors in your community through an event of your choice.
The work we do is a community effort, an example of the goodness that comes from leading from the heart and taking care of one another. We'd like to say a special thank you to those who have gone above and beyond in forwarding the mission of Heart For Music.
